We partner with shelters and humane societies to provide hands-on staff education and yard coaching. The focus is safety, consistency, and confident day-to-day routines in real shelter conditions.
What We Teach
- Play yard operations: setup, entry/exit flow, transitions, roles, and communication calls
- Integrations: structured introductions, group building, rotations, and decision criteria
- Body language: key stress/overstimulation signals and real-time de-escalation habits
- Training that fits shelter life: reward timing, micro-sessions, calm greetings, leash skills, kennel routines
Formats Available
- On-site workshop: half day or full day (classroom + yard coaching)
- Multi-visit implementation: assessment → coaching → refinement → leadership handoff
- Ongoing coaching: refreshers + new staff onboarding support
